Providers are independent contractors, not Curbsy employees. Provider requirements may vary by market. Curbsy reviews provider information before onboarding.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate service details and access to the service location. Service availability may vary by city, market, provider coverage, and service type.
Provider Responsibilities
Providers must perform services professionally and comply with applicable laws. Completion photos may be requested to confirm work quality.
Cancellations, Reviews, Issues
Policies for cancellations, pricing, and disputes are handled through the Curbsy platform. Issues should be reported promptly via the platform or email.

Service availability depends on local provider coverage. Features, coverage, and policies may change as we grow.
